Fig. 01 · Design & prototype
A hobbyist building a flight simulator wanted a custom lighting controller. We modeled it in Fusion 360 around the board, which we also designed: standoffs, connector cutouts, snap-fit lid. Printed, test-fit, and they own the files.
Fig. 02 · Assembly & QC
The customer designed the product; we run the line. Assembly, inspection, and boxing of a several-thousand-unit run, every one handled and checked by a person in Bloomington before it ships.
Fig. 03 · Production engraving
A thousand-piece order of metal Miranda cards for police use. A printed registration jig keeps every blank in the same spot, so the fiber laser marks card one and card one thousand identically.
Fig. 04 · Customer prototype
A customer wanted a cup holder that could move between mounts, and fit oddly sized desks. We designed the modular system in Fusion 360, printed the cup, bracket, and threaded hardware, and iterated until it clicked together the way they imagined.
