What we collect

When you request a quote or contact us, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone or company if you share them, and your message. The instant quote tool also stores the 3D model file you upload and the measurements our software takes from it (size, volume, print time).

Why we collect it

To price your part, answer your questions, and make the thing you asked for. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't send marketing email you didn't ask for.

Your models stay yours

Uploaded models are used for exactly one thing: preparing and producing your quote or job. We never share them, publish them, or use them for anything else. Files live on our own equipment in Bloomington, not a third-party model platform.

How long we keep things

Files from unfinished quote sessions are removed after about one day. All stored model files share an 8 GiB aggregate cap. Submitted model files are scheduled for deletion 30 days after the quote is submitted; when submitted-file cleanup is needed, we delete the oldest files first, so a file may be removed sooner. The quote record, filename, file size, and calculated measurements may remain for our business records after the model file is deleted. If you want an uploaded model or your contact details deleted sooner, email us and we'll remove them.

Who else touches the data

Two service providers, doing their jobs: Google Workspace delivers our email, and Cloudflare routes traffic to the site. Each sees only what that role requires.
